What it does: It helps promote shedding to reveal smooth, baby-soft skin, and can also help to improve odor, too. How to use: Begin by thoroughly cleansing your feet. Open the foil pack and remove the treatment-filled booties. To open booties, cut along the dotted line on each bootie with scissors. Slide one foot into each bootie. For a tighter fit, secure with tape. Leave on for 60-90 minutes, depending on the level of exfoliation desired. Do not move around on your feet while wearing the booties. Remove and discard once used. Rinse feet with warm water and pat dry. Dead skin cells will begin to naturally exfoliate or peel in four to five days. Do not forcibly remove peeling skin. Individual peeling time varies and can take up to two weeks to complete.
