Massaging the oil onto the cuticle stimulates nail growth. Apply it anytime; It won't stain your clothes or sheets. Cuticle oil is also fantastic for dry heels, elbows, anywhere you have dry, chapped skin. How to use: Gently massage a drop onto your cuticle area whenever you see white around your cuticle. Follow with the 2-Second Nail Primer before applying a base coat when doing a manicure to make sure you've cleansed the nail plate thoroughly.
