Perfect for use with eyeliners, pencils, pens, gel creams, liquid and powder formulas, it features a straight edge that is flexible and will stay in place when gently placed against the skin to guide you while you draw in your look. It comes with a chic compact featuring a mirror that magnifies five times for precision and has a suction cup on the back so you can use it at eye level anywhere you are. liner. designer also makes a great no-mess shield when applying your mascara. How to use: Attach the compact to a hard surface using the suction cup and place at eye level. Rub liner. designer between your hands for 10-15 seconds to warm it up. Place the pointed corner on the outside edge of your eye when applying eyeliner using a sharp pencil or liquid eyeliner (its slightly tacky coating allows the tool to adhere to your skin to keep it in place). For a more dramatic cat-eye, use the long, straight side to draw out and elongate a curved, long wing. For a subtle cat-eye, use the shorter, curved side to create a straighter wing. Use the larger, curved side when applying liner to the bottom inner and outer corners of your eye.
