Use it to achieve symmetry with ease and make applying liner effortless. It's housed in a compact with a 5x magnifying mirror and suction cup that helps the compact attach to any clean, smooth surface. How to use: Attach the compact to a hard surface at eye level. Rub liner. designer between your hands to warm up the eyeliner tool for 10-15 seconds. Place the pointed corner of liner. designer on the outside edge of your eye when applying eyeliner to create your desired design. For a more dramatic effect, use the long, straight side to draw out and elongate a curved, long wing. For a subtle cat-eye, use the shorter curved side to create a straighter wing.
