Set includes:- Natural Dead Sea Body Mud (13.6 oz.): a therapeutic black mud that stimulates circulation and improves skin texture and tone. Spread generously over your body, taking care to avoid wounds, and leave on for 7-15 minutes before rinsing with warm water. The mud may be heated for maximum benefits, but be sure to test the temperature before use. It is not a facial treatment- Natural Dead Sea Bath Salts (8.5 oz.): salts rich in health-inducing minerals including magnesium, calcium and potassium that relax you and ease muscle tension while stimulating skin hydration. To use, dissolve an entire packet in warm bath water. Soak for 20 minutes and shower off. Rest for half an hour.
