at blushgarden, we think differently about reading and writing beauty product reviews. we believe product reviews should provide you with detailed information, let the writer quickly and easily share their thoughts, and be a fun experience for all. to achieve this, we provide a ratings scale for distinct criteria, alongside traditional written comments. this format gives reviewers a way to provide an in-depth review of the same specific aspects of a product, allowing you zero in on the criteria that are most important to you.
without the need for long-form written text, everyone saves time. don’t let us discourage you from waxing poetic if you are so inclined, some people are gifted writers and should share if they want to. we just want to encourage and provide great reviews without that particular barrier to entry.
as an example, one rating criteria for blush is glow. glow ranges from matte to frost. Matte might be a desired quality for you, while frost might be desired for someone else. there isn’t a right answer, only your opinion.
an added benefit to the scales is quickly seeing how a product might perform. you can identify that a product is rated highly for glow without reading a lot of text. easily compare and evaluate similar products based on identical criteria. apples to apples, if you will.
we would honestly love to hear your feedback, if you have an idea for a new rating criteria, let us know! post in the feedback forum, or send us an email to .

Jillswatching this blush with the fingers, it almost seems to sort of melt onto the skin a little bit, whereas when you use a brush, it's very very powdery, there's quite a bit of kickback watch the full review

This cool orange and lilac pink duo is a perfectly versatile everyday blush. Melting seamlessly onto the skin, each long-wearing shimmery or matte shade can be blended together or used alone. Housed in a chic black lacquered rectangular compact embossed with the 4G logo. There is a silver stud push button on the side to open, and each blush includes a brush. How to Use: Givenchy provides four easy ways to wear the blush. Use the lighter shade alone to softly tint and highlight your natural facial features. Use the bolder shade alone for a more intense and vibrant flush of color. Swirl the shades together on your brush for a natural flush. Or sweep your brush (top to bottom) over both colors without mixing them and apply to your cheekbones in an outward motion for a sculpted look.
